DELIVERY POLICY

We ensure that all orders placed on a weekday are dispatched within 24 hours, and we ship worldwide via FedEx.

Please ensure you complete your address details correctly when placing your order. You will usually get an email receipt of your purchase; be careful to enter your correct email address.

You will also receive an email notification when your order is shipped, including the tracking number. Your package is sent in adequately protected packaging to ensure safe transit and receipt as quickly as possible.

Any delay in transit, such as those caused by weather conditions, customs clearance issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, is not the responsibility of Areej Al Ameerat.

Areej Al Ameerat will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. For a list of OFAC-sanctioned countries, please visit the official website of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• All international orders outside GCC countries are shipped from the United Arab Emirates within 3 business days.
• Orders are delivered within 5 business days, except for customs clearance processes that may vary by country and depend on the recipient’s response.
• Any customs, TAX, or VAT charges imposed by local recipient authorities must be paid by the recipient before the delivery of the package.
• These charges are not included in the order amount paid or the shipping charges. In case of customer refused to pay the customs duties or TAX / VAT duties or failed to provide required documents to the authorities to clear the shipment, then the package may destroyed at customs authorities and in this case the customer have no right to claim amount paid for this package. In case a package is returned to the shipper due to the customer refusing to pay the duties or failing to submit the required documents, the cost of these duties along with the return shipping charges will be deducted from the order value, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
