DELIVERY POLICY

We ensure that all orders placed on a weekday are dispatched within 24 hours, and we ship worldwide via FedEx. Please ensure you complete your address details correctly when placing your order. You will usually get an email receipt of your purchase – please be careful to enter your correct email address. You will receive an email receipt when your order is shipped along with the tracking number. Your package is sent in an adequately protected packaging to ensure safe transit and receipt as fast as possible.

Any delay in transit is not responsibility of Areej Al Ameerat.

Areej Al Ameerat will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

ITERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

All international order outside GCC countries shipped from United Arab of Emirates within 3 business days and delivered within 5 business days except customs clearance process that may vary from country to country and depends on response of the recipient. In case of any customs, TAX or VAT charge by local recipient authorities it should be paid by the recipient before the delivery of the package and this charge not part of order amount paid or shipping charge. In case of customer refused to pay the customs duties or TAX / VAT duties or failed to provide required documents to the authorities to clear the shipment, then the package may destroyed at customs authorities and in this case the customer have no right to claim amount paid for this package. In case package returned to shipper due to customer refused to pay the duties or failed to submit the required documents then the cost of these duties beside return shipping charge will be deducted from the order value and the remaining balance will be refunded to customer.
